Today Incognito announces its Network Monetization and Analytics Platform which will amalgamate the best of two existing product lines — Incognito Bandwidth Activity Reporter and Active Broadband, acquired in 2016 — into a single platform that includes network data collection, analytics and policy control. The platform will provide network operators with improved subscriber insights, data-driven capacity planning, congestion management and fair use data plans. All of this will be possible from one single platform, allowing network operators to deploy different solutions as their priorities and environment evolve.
The modular platform enables the following solutions:
- Subscriber usage metering and usage-based billing
- On-demand services including Turbo Boost and Prepaid Data
- Network capacity planning and predictive forecasting
- Congestion control and bandwidth fair-sharing
The platform has been architected to support multiple data collection technologies. Initially this will allow deployments to use Bandwidth Activity Reporter or Active Broadband network data collection frameworks, preserving investments made in our existing deployments. The architecture will open the door for additional network data collectors suited to WiFi or Fiber based networks. Service providers have been asking for a network agnostic monetization and analytics solution and our platform is designed to satisfy that need.
