Integrated solution facilitates efficient management of subscribers and services by reconciliating subscriber profiles with usage data
VANCOUVER, BC (May 16, 2012) – Incognito Software today announced that its latest product developments will be shown at one of the world’s largest cable industry events, The Cable Show in Boston, May 21-23, 2012, at booth 2047.
In the face of expanding IP traffic, service providers are looking for more efficient ways of gathering intelligence without additional network hardware. Even when they leverage data already collected by their CMTSs, the problem has always been the easy and immediate reconciliation between subscriber knowledge and usage profiles.
At The Cable Show, Incognito will demonstrate an integrated solution designed to help service providers solve that problem. Service Activation Center, a centralized service activation and management solution, has been integrated with Bandwidth Activity Reporter, an IPDR network intelligence reporting solution. Together, these two products eliminate swivel chair environments involving bandwidth intelligence and subscriber service management. This level of visibility and control opens the door for new revenue opportunities such as targeted product add-ons, usage chargeback, and speed trials.
“The launch of the world’s first and only turn-key integrated service activation and IPDR platform is going to make managing services and subscribers much easier,” said Stephane Bourque, President and CEO of Incognito Software. “Our customers will be able to gain total control over subscribers, services, and bandwidth, as well as fine-tune product offerings based on actionable service intelligence from the network thus keeping them one step ahead of subscriber demands.”
