VANCOUVER, BC (July 21, 2008) – Incognito Software, a global provider of device provisioning and network management resource solutions since 1992, announced today that NET Serviços, Latin America’s largest cable operator, located in Brazil, has deployed Incognito’s Broadband Command Center to automate provisioning of its data services. NET needed a flexible provisioning solution that communicates with operational and business systems. Incognito’s proven track record in reliability coupled with strong LDAP communication and the ability for ongoing customization made it the ideal solution for NET.
Incognito customized the provisioning software to NET’s needs, offering flexibility unmatched in the market place. “Incognito tailored the Broadband Command Center software to read from our LDAP database in real time,” remarked Marcelo Parraga, infrastructure director of NET. “Incognito delivered on time and on budget. The migration went smoothly and without any service disruptions to our customers.”
Full integration to NET’s current database of over 1.6 million subscribers is now underway after successful testing in outlying municipal areas. “When dealing with a large MSO such as NET, the ability to customize is key to a successful working relationship,” added Stephane Bourque, founder and CTO of Incognito, “we will continue working to provide NET with the added flexibility needed to implement creative new services for its customers.”
