Incognito Software Appoints Munir Allibhai as Support Account Manager

VANCOUVER, BC (June 30, 2010) - In an effort to further enhance its customer support service, Incognito Software has promoted Munir Allibhai to Support Account Manager. In his new role as the Support Account Manager, Munir will manage Incognito resources for the fastest possible resolution to complex customer technical cases or outage situations, work with customer project management teams to keep deployment projects on track and on schedule as well as ensure that regular and structured communications are maintained with his accounts.
