Partner Requirements

In recognition of the fact that each of our partners will approach sales and generate revenue in different ways, we have developed a four-tier partner progam. This structure enables us to match program benefits and requirements with you in a way that best suits your business. The tiered program structure also gives you the flexibility to decide how you earn margin and benefits with Incognito.

Registration and Non-Disclosure Agreement
Prospective partners must register with Incognito Software and sign the NDA and partner contracts.
Authorize use of and Supply Incognito Software with a Company Logo
Partner logos will be used in Incognito marketing promotional collateral and corporate website.
Sell Complimentary Products
Volume Commitment
Partners must commit to a minimum target per year (in $USD)
Provide 1st line Technical Support
Partner must have a minimum of 2 engineers trained on Incognito Products and be able to provide 1st line technical support
Commitment to Sales Training
Partner must maintain up-to-date training for sales engineers and sales personnel
Provide Installation and Migration
Partner must have a minimum of 2 engineers who are trained to perform migrations and installations at customer site
Provide Customer Training
Partner must have a minimum of 2 engineers who are trained to provide initial customer training
Quarterly Sales Targets
Partner must reach predetermined sales targets to obtain higher margins and additional benefits. Please contact the Incognito Partner Manager for details.
Lead Generating Event
Partner must have at least one demand generating event such as an industry tradeshow that highlights Incognito Software Products
Incognito Brand Usage and Marketing Guideline
Partner must abide by Incognito's Brand Usage Guidelines
