Integration with Third-Party Systems
Incognito performs integration with hardware and back-office software systems through tools such as Java and CORBA/XML APIs, data migration, and specialized scripts and routines. Our products interface with OSS and billing systems, many third-party DHCP and DNS systems, modems, VoIP devices, set top boxes, and multimedia terminal adapters (MTAs) from Motorola, Arris, and other manufacturers.
Training
Get the most from your Incognito system by learning the steps involved in installation, configuration, and administration, as well as useful tips on policies, templates, and processes. We provide an interactive “hands-on” environment where you can experiment and explore. For the convenience of larger groups, we can bring the classroom to you.
