Multi-country Wireless Group Goes Live with Incognito to Improve Fixed Wireless Digital Home Experience

Incognito solution supporting 4G fixed wireless services in two markets.

Vancouver, Canada – May 8, 2019 – Incognito Software Systems Inc., a leading provider of in-home broadband service orchestration software solutions to digital service providers, today announced that a leading multi-country tier 1 wireless service provider has deployed Incognito to manage the digital in-home experience for broadband residential customers. With Incognito, this service provider can deliver a high-quality fixed wireless home network experience to their customers, while reducing operational costs.

This service provider group offers fixed wireless residential broadband services over its LTE network in multiple countries throughout Europe. To support go live in two markets in the Nordics, the service provider required a solution to manage devices on the customer premises so that they could automate the resolution of technical issues that directly impact customer experience. Underpinned by a carrier-grade, standards-based Incognito Auto Configuration Server (ACS), the Incognito Digital Home Experience Solution allows both affiliates to understand overall Internet service issues using extensive analytics and diagnostics capabilities, and resolve them remotely and rapidly. The solution offers an extensible platform to manage devices that conform to TR-069 standards for remote management, as well as supporting legacy device protocols such as SNMP, providing a holistic approach to remote device management in the home network.

"The customer experience bar is high in residential broadband, with multiple competing offerings over fiber, cable and increasingly, fixed wireless access as a disruptive alternative access technology. To compete effectively, fixed wireless providers need new software tools to exceed customer expectations for service and quality of experience, including device management and digital channels for subscribers and customer care," said David Sharpley, CEO at Incognito. "Incognito is proud to have been selected by this group and rapidly demonstrated value in enabling an outstanding fixed wireless home network experience for their customers."
