ICE 2020 will be held at the Omni Orlando Resort at Championsgate, conveniently located near the popular Walt Disney World Resort, and surrounded by acclaimed golf courses. For ICE 2020, this venue provides outstanding conference facilities in beautiful surroundings, complemented by easy access to Orlando attractions if you choose to extend your stay.

The temperate weather in March makes it one of the most comfortable times to enjoy a round of golf on one of three courses surrounding the resort, or enjoy a family day trip to one of the nearby theme parks.

For over two and a half days, Incognito Software will be bringing together senior network and IT executives, as well as network operations and engineering professionals from global communications service providers to share experiences, collaborate, learn best practices on cutting-edge broadband technology, and find out what’s next in broadband services.

With an agenda that features plenty of networking opportunities, ICE 2020 will provide attendees with new perspectives through technical knowledge shared with peers from around the globe. Here is a preview of what is planned.

  • Monday, March 23: An informal half-day begins in the afternoon with parallel sessions – a choice of either the hands-on ICE Breaker Challenge technical session, or organized golf. Following the optional afternoon activities, join us for a welcome reception and evening event for all ICE 2020 attendees.

  • Tuesday, March 24: The ICE 2020 conference formally kicks off with keynote presentations from global communications service providers throughout the morning. This will be followed by parallel business and technical tracks in the afternoon – a new feature we are delighted to offer in 2020. Business track topics will include IoT, Business Services, Digital Care Innovation, and Proactive Wi-Fi, with plenty of demos. The technical track will include hands-on sessions covering troubleshooting tips and tricks, as well as the latest roadmap updates on key Incognito platforms. At night, join us for the ICE 2020 Customer Appreciation Evening.

  • Wednesday, March 25: The ICE 2020 conference continues with additional keynote presentations from global communications service providers during the morning, and the business and technical tracks in the afternoon. The ICE 2020 conference will conclude at 5:00 PM EST.

Incognito Community Exchange (ICE) is Incognito’s customer event which brings together Incognito customers from around the globe to share insights on the latest trends in broadband technology, implementation strategies, and best practices in the residential broadband domain.

Completing your registration to attend ICE 2020 is easy! All you need to do is fill out the form above with all of your information. ICE 2020 will be held in Orlando, Florida from Monday, March 23 through Wednesday, March 25. The core conference is held on Tuesday, March 24 and Wednesday, March 25, preceded by two parallel sessions – either a hands-on ICE Breaker Challenge or a 9-hole round of golf – and a welcome reception on Monday, March 23.

The agenda will be published in October, including speakers representing global communications service providers.

The venue of ICE 2020 is the Omni Orlando Resort at Championsgate. It is conveniently located near the popular Walt Disney World Resort.

The hotel is approximately 28 miles from Orlando International Airport (MCO). Less than 45 minutes by car, it is easy to catch an Uber or a taxi from the airport to the hotel. The ride should cost around $40 USD.

Register for ICE 2020 and we’ll send you the hotel reservation details. In keeping with industry practice for user conferences, Incognito is happy to host customers as Incognito guests if this is within your policy. There are plenty of opportunities for collaboration, education, and networking so we want you to be a part of ICE 2020!

Citizens and residents of most countries will be required to have a visa to enter the United States. You must apply for a visa well in advance of your flight to Orlando, FL and attendance to ICE 2020.

The Visa Waiver Program (VWP) allows citizens in participating countries to travel to the United States without a visa only if your stay is 90 days or less. Travellers must (1) meet all the requirements and (2) have a valid Electronic System for Travel Authorization (ESTA) approval prior to travel.

Yes. Once you have completed and submitted your ICE 2020 registration request via the online form above, and an Incognito employee has confirmed your registration, please let Incognito know that you require an Invitation Letter. We will email the letter to you.
