Incognito Software Systems Inc. has announced that it has inked a partnership deal with Immovate to offer Middle Eastern broadband providers better access to Incognito solutions—helping them to optimize performance and simplify the management of residential device and services over fiber, cable, and fixed-wireless networks.
“We are very pleased to be working with Immovate who has strong partnerships with leading service providers in this region,” said David Sharpley, Chief Executive Officer at Incognito. “This strategic partnership will allow customers in the region to benefit from our field-proven solutions as they expand their reach into residential broadband over new technologies like GPON, Fixed LTE, and 5G.”
With smart home technology and the number of connected devices burgeoning, the risk and complexity of potential connection issues within the home Wi-Fi network have skyrocketed. In order to overcome these challenges, service providers must be able to:
- Gain full visibility into the home network
- Automate troubleshooting and resolution processes for network issues
- Empower the customer with self-care options
As a result of this increased complexity, manual processes to identify, diagnose, and resolve faults has become highly time-consuming and cost-prohibitive. This is driving the need for solutions that offer visibility into the home network, leverage automation to reduce operational costs, and drive up customer satisfaction.
Incognito offers solutions that can be easily deployed into any network environment with capabilities that enable greater visibility and proactive management of home network issues, complemented by automated resolution of home network and device connectivity issues.
Immovate has been designated as a partner in the region with a focus to offer Incognito digital home experience solutions and deliver integration support to customers. Through this partnership, Incognito will have the opportunity to expand its presence in the market.
“We have thoughtfully selected to partner with Incognito as we believe that this strategic partnership will bring a major added value to our customers by offering state-of-the art technologies that will guarantee an efficient TCO,” Hisham Muslimany, Chief Executive Officer at Immovate, added. “We are always keen to offer proven solutions that will enable customers to deliver their key mission and resolve critical pain points.”
