Stephane Bourque

President & CEO


Stephane Bourque is the technological inspiration behind Incognito Software’s provisioning solutions.

As CEO, Stephane has built an elite team of dedicated engineers and championed Incognito’s development of high performance, multi-platform IP and DNS software.

Originally from Montreal, Canada, and educated at Concordia University, Stephane applied his computer engineering background at Banyan Systems to design enterprise network management systems for Fortune 1000 companies like Bell Canada.

David Sharpley

Chief Operating Officer


As COO, David is responsible for all functional aspects of Incognito Software including sales, professional services, product development, marketing and customer support.

David is a seasoned telecommunications software industry executive and joins Incognito from Amdocs Limited where he most recently held the position of Vice-President and General Manager, leading the Network Products Business Unit. Sharpley’s prior career included senior positions with Bridgewater Systems (acquired by Amdocs in 2011) as well as Nortel, Metasolv, and Oracle, among others.

Pete Koat

Chief Technology Officer


Pete is responsible for defining the strategic agenda for the Incognito product line, including developing product roadmaps based on market trends, identifying functional requirements with customers, and contributing to relevant industry standards.

Prior to his role at Incognito Software, Pete co-founded Libré Communications, best known for its encloudHD platform, which was designed for companies that use live video streaming to broadcast content over the Internet. After that, he served as co-founder of Skitter.TV, an end-to-end video platform for encoding, managing, streaming, and viewing converged Internet television, video on demand, as well as live broadcast and satellite TV. Pete has also held CTO roles for firms deploying IPTV solutions in emerging markets. Pete holds multiple patents related to IP video compression, delivery, and streaming.

Ann Hatchell

Chief Marketing Officer


As CMO, Ann leads the development and execution of global marketing strategy and go to market programs for Incognito’s solutions including customer network experience management, next generation device provisioning, fiber service activation, monetization and analytics.

Ann joins Incognito from Amdocs, with previous industry experience at CENX and Bridgewater Systems. Ann’s telecom experience spans next generation OSS, NFV management and orchestration, software defined networks, mobile packet core, enterprise connectivity and security, licensed and unlicensed spectrum solutions.

Emilie Roy

VP of Finance


As VP of Finance, Emilie develops the vision and leads all financial activities at Incognito, including financial reporting, governance, forecasting, and strategic operational.

Emilie has a bachelor degree in Business Administration and Mathematics & Computer Sciences, and is a professional chartered accountant (CPA, CA). Born in Montreal, Emilie brings a rich history of financial expertise from working varied financial department roles in both the public and private sectors.

Dan Strini

Quality Assurance


As QA Manager, Daniel Strini works with a team of QA engineers and specialists to ensure complete testing and verification of Incognito’s software product lines.

Dan held positions at TransCanada Pipelines and IBM before joining Incognito Software in 1995. Dan started with the company in Technical Support, and then successfully applied his wide-ranging experience to create the Quality Assurance department. A Vancouver native, Dan graduated from Simon Fraser University with a B.Sc. in Computing Science.

Miranda Pang

Marketing Manager


Miranda has been the Incognito Software go-to marketing guru since 2008. With a background in marketing and education, Miranda leads the team in projects that are designed to engage and educate customers and industry peers alike.

Tyler Delane

Manager, Customer Support Services


Tyler joined Incognito in 2007 with significant experience in the UNIX/Linux engineering field, most recently at a national managed services provider. In his role as Manager, Customer Support Services, Tyler oversees our global support team who provide 1st, 2nd, and 3rd level support for our broad portfolio of products to all of our customers and partners. Tyler served on the support team as a senior engineer for 10 years before ultimately being appointed manager in 2017.

Timothy Roberts

Head of Professional Services


As Head of Professional Services, Timothy leads the strategy and operations for Incognito’s global services practice. He is responsible for the planning and implementation of Incognito solutions to deliver maximum business value to our customers, as well as defining new services offerings that help our customers ensure quality service delivery to their subscribers.

Timothy is a client-focused telecommunications software executive with global operations experience. He joined Incognito from Amdocs where he held a senior role within the Professional Services organization with a focus on network solutions. With more than 15 years’ experience in telecom, Timothy has previously held various BSS/OSS leadership positions in Oracle, Metasolv Software, and Nortel.
