China’s Chongqing Cable TV Networks Selects Incognito to Enhance Service Reliability

Vancouver, BC (November 29, 2017) – Incognito Software Systems, a global provider of IP service management solutions for communication service providers, today announced that Chongqing Cable TV, a municipal provider with the greatest high speed data penetration in the Chongqing market, has selected Broadband Command Center from Incognito to configure, manage, and provision the high-speed data devices across their network. This agreement was formalized in a signing ceremony between Incognito and Chongqing Cable in the presence of the Premier of Ontario, Kathleen Wynne.

Incognito will deliver a comprehensive service provisioning and device management solution that enables:

  • Service stability through a high-availability, full redundancy, and distributed DHCP deployment that supports millions of subscriber devices
  • Streamlined processes and ease of administration through a user-friendly interface, batch reboot and administration, and device classification based on attributes
  • Dynamic file generation that ensures device configurations match activated subscriber services and eliminates manual processes
  • Greater flexibility through truly open APIs and Vendor neutrality so that Chongqing could choose the devices that work best for their network
