Ronan Bracken

Ronan Bracken is the Product Manager for Incognito's Service Activation Center (SAC), overseeing the development and delivery of provisioning solutions to communications service providers worldwide. With decades of experience in product management, Ronan has become a trusted expert in helping operators meet their current needs, scale for the future, and exceed customer expectations. In his role, Ronan collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that Incognito's customers have access to the latest technologies and trends. He is particularly well-versed in emerging technologies such as cloud networking, closed-loop automation, and OSS/BSS systems. As an active contributor to industry standards bodies like TM Forum, Ronan stays up-to-date on the latest trends and developments in the telecom industry. Ronan holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from the University of Limerick, as well as a Higher Diploma in Computer Studies from Trinity College Dublin. Outside of work, Ronan is an avid cyclist and enjoys spending time outdoors.
